Dear Reader,

With an increasing number of case report articles being accepted currently in the journal, it is timely that the February 2022 issue contains an overview by Michael Teut et al. of guidelines on case reporting and the associated scientific tools that enable good case documentation and evaluation. Typically, such articles showcase the familiar classical homeopathic treatment approach – which contrasts neatly with a paper in this issue by Raj Manchanda et al. that explores a relatively unfamiliar therapeutic method: the use of homeopathically prepared signalling molecules, such as cytokines and interleukins, and their positioning within the range of homeopathic treatment styles.
Please enjoy online access to these two articles.

Sincerely,

Robert T. Mathie, PhD
Editor, Homeopathy
