Ms Emily McAteer

DVM VetMFHom

Emily McAteer lives in Dublin where she owns and runs an integrative Veterinary practice. Her main field is Homeopathy. She was introduced to it by her Uncle who was a Homeopathic GP in Yorkshire where her family is from. Her interest in practising Homeopathy was first sparked when she used it to treat her children. Then she discovered how miraculous it was at curing things that conventional medicine has no answer for. She has been using Homeopathy in her Veterinary practice for the past 20 years.

She graduated from University College Dublin with a degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1990. She studied at the National Centre of Integrative Medicine in Bristol and got her VetMFHom qualification in 2018. More recently she studied with the Irish School of Homeopathy and now has a qualification to treat people as well as animals.

She loves music festivals, hiking, sea swimming and travelling in her campervan with her dogs. She has 3 adult children, 2 terriers and a cosmic cat called Betty Boop.
