Dr Harleen Kaur, MD (Hom)
Dr Harleen Kaur is a young and dynamic Homeopathy Research Officer (Scientist 2) of the Central Council for Research in Homeopathy (CCRH) in India, with over 18 years of professional experience. She is the Editor of the Indian Journal of Research in Homeopathy, the Scopus-indexed, official journal of the CCRH.
Her expertise extends to conducting and supervising clinical trials and research projects. She has authored several research papers and has over 30 peer-reviewed publications. She is actively involved in exploring homeopathic treatments for various health conditions, including emerging infectious diseases. Looking after various clinical research projects, Dr Kaur has been a part of evaluating the role of Homeopathy in a range of illnesses including chronic cough, COVID-19, trigeminal neuralgia, and breast and prostate cancer. Dr Kaur's academic contributions have been recognized through presentations at many national and international conferences, showcasing her commitment to advancing homeopathic research.
She plans to present an interesting analysis of how homeopathic medicines are prescribed in outpatient departments in India and what are the most common indications for those prescriptions.
