Dr Petra Weiermayer

Dr Petra Weiermayer has been in Veterinary practice since 2012. She is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna and has been the President of the Austrian Society for Veterinary Homeopathy (ÖGVH) since 2018.

She studied Homeopathy with the European Academy for Veterinary Homeopathy and since 2019, has been registered with the Austrian Veterinary Chamber as a Specialist Veterinarian in Homeopathy.

From 2009 to 2014, she was a Clinical Assessor at the Austrian Agency for Food and Health Safety GmbH (AGES).

From 2015 to 2018, she was the Secretary General of the International Society for Veterinary Homeopathy (IAVH) and since 2019, has been Head of the Research Section of WissHom (Society for Scientific Homeopathy).

Since 2022, Dr Weiermayer has been Deputy Secretary of the Austrian Umbrella Association for Holistic Medicine.
