How did you start your journey in Homeopathy?

My homeopathic journey truly began with a paradigm shift when I realised that homeopathy redresses the root cause of dis-ease.

Prior to that I had believed that homeopathy, which is prescribed on the basis of symptoms only relieved the symptoms.  Suddenly I realised that it is conventional medicine that suppresses symptoms.  Prior to that I had already recognised that conventional medicine does not even begin to tackle much of what troubles people’s health.  Homeopathy is the tool that can be used to get right to the source of the disorder, reaching parts that conventional medicine fails to reach!

How do you integrate Homeopathy into your Practice?

Homeopaths come in all shapes and sizes and each homeopath practises uniquely.  I have found the tools I learnt in my homeopathic training invaluable in unearthing the true disturbances in a patient’s condition which lead to their presentation.  This process is always enlightening for me and often for the patient, enabling them to understand their illness better and thus empower them to work through it. I like to address the disturbance in several ways simultaneously: improving the patient’s ability to see through disturbed patterns of consciousness, giving a remedy that reflects this disturbance and supporting the patient with lifestyle, nutritional and other supportive methods to facilitate their journey through this to a more balanced and empowered outcome.
