How did you start your journey in Homeopathy?

Raised with homeopathy since childhood, I discovered my passion at age 10 through local study groups. I learned my first remedies—Arnica, Hypericum, Ledum, and Calendula—eagerly sharing them when needed. Throughout my education, homeopathy remained my focus. Before medical school, Dr Andre Saine advised me to become a doctor, study pathology, and immerse myself in Hahnemann's and Lippe's works. I completed training at the Canadian Academy of Homeopathy and Sonoran University under Dr Stephen Messer. Nearly 25 years later, I maintain a full-time homeopathic practice, serve on several boards, and love every aspect of my work.

How do you integrate Homeopathy into your Practice?

My practice, Pure Homeopathy, is precisely that—100% dedicated to Pure Hahnemannian homeopathy. I strictly adhere to the three fundamental principles that have guided effective homeopathic practice for over 200 years: the law of similars, the single remedy, and optimal dosing.

The law of similars is my compass—carefully identifying characteristic symptoms in each patient and matching them precisely with the medicine whose effects most closely resemble this pattern. This requires thorough case-taking and deep knowledge of homeopathic materia medica.

I don't just treat symptoms but assess the whole person. This includes evaluating lifestyle factors—nutrition, exercise, sleep patterns, stress management, relationship quality, and environmental exposures—that may be contributing to illness or hampering recovery.

By maintaining fidelity to these principles within a comprehensive approach to health, I've found consistent success in helping patients restore their vital health naturally.
